It all started at the age of 14, when my brothers brought me at the Monza’s autodrome to see a grantourer competition. The rumbling of engines, the burning smell of the car’s tires on the glowing asphalt, the pilots’ and mechanics’ adrenaline. An experience that changed me forever.

I decided to start a double life, made of passion and sacrifice. On one side competitions, circuits and workshop, on the other school. Day after day, by learning with the best people at applying my creative imagination with the most advanced techniques, I reached my first target by becoming a Formula 3’s mechanic of a famous team. It was a dream coming true and I was born for it.

My goal was clear: to reach Formula 1. It was the top of the peak and I wanted to work there because seeing it just on TV wasn’t enough anymore. I knew that it would take the best competences to succeed. I needed to become an expert and work harder to be part of this extremely advanced world.

Full of will and determination, only at the age of 22, I entered the team F1 Lamborghini next to Ing. Mauro Forgheri. Unbelievable! Everything became possible. I was paid to have fun, just by doing what I liked the most.

Exactly, I was at the top but I was also stuck, incapable to create what I wanted. My creativity was limited. Formula 1 wasn’t enough anymore.

I wanted to look forward, become the main protagonist, to create my product. My achievement was to develop technologies to bring them at the racing competitions, wanting to demonstrate that I was ready to win by myself.

Once again I accepted the challenge and opened my first company. “Sintesi competition”, in 1995. “Sintesi” because it was supposed to enclose only the top, the best part. My journey begins here.
